There is a "Forgotten your username or password?" link on the login page. 

• You'll have to be able to provide the username or the email address that you entered to setup your user profile. If you enter an incorrect username, or incorrect email address, your profile won't be found and you won't receive an email from our classroom system.  
• Be aware that email and corporate computer systems are not very forgiving, and might prevent you from receiving the password/username email that is sent from the online classroom system. 
• The online classroom system sends out the email once it is requested.  
• And, if you receive the email from our classroom system, you must act within 30 minutes, or the "reset" link will expire.

I was given a Username and Password

Someone assigned me a Username and Password. What should I do?

Do NOT create a new username & password.

If you were given an assigned username & password, please use them, or you will NOT be able to access your course(s). Here are a few more things:

1. Enter your assigned username & password in all LOWER case letters & numbers. 
2. You might have an assigned username/password if: 
1. your company registered you, or 
2. SkillsPlus Intl Inc. assigned them to you. Call us (415 948 5220), or email us (Send email to Allan Dewes) if you're having trouble getting logged-in.

Create New Username and New Password

Situation:   You weren't assigned a Username with Password, and you aren't exactly sure how to proceed.

Background:  An online course has been purchased, and you need to create a new Username with Password pair before being able to start the course.

Bottomline:   It'll take a couple of extra steps before you can begin the course.

Recommended Steps:

1. You should already be on the learning system login page, otherwise navigate to the learning system login page (click this link)
2. Think of a new Username and new Password. Remember them, you'll need them again. Enter them on the learning system login page, then click the Login button.
3. The "Edit Profile" page appears.  Fill out the required fields, indicated by red text and an asterisk. Then click the "Update Profile" button located at the bottom of the page.
4. The "Profile" page appears. Find the "Home" link (it's at the top left corner of the page, in a breadcrumb trail). Click it.
5. The "Front Page" of the online learning site appears.  Scroll down the page, and locate your course. Click on the name of the course you're going to take.
6. The "Enrollment Key" page appears.  Enter the enrollment key (you get one after paying for the course), then click the "Enroll me" button.  TIP:  Your purchase "confirmation number" is NOT the same as the enrollment key.
7. Voila!  You're ready to start your course.

Where is the Login page?

Q:   I can't find the Login page.  Where can I find it?

A:   There are two (2) ways to get to it:

• Follow this link to go directly to it:   The Login Page
• Follow this link, to find the link for the Login page:  The page with a Login link in the top right corner

I get an error message Illegal character or use alpha and numeric characters.

Problem: When signing in I get an error message that I am using illegal characters or that I should only use alpha numeric characters. What should I do.

Likely Reason: That message means that you may have inadvertently entered a space-bar character or any of the following characters which are unacceptable for sign in:
               !@#$%^&*()_+-={}[]\?/"'<,>.:;

Recommendation:
Use only a-z and 0-9

Never got an enrollment key

I never got an enrollment key.

1. Check your SPAM folder for an email from CVENT. If it isn't there go to the next step.
2. Please sign back into CVENT. Sign in using the same information used when you purchased the ticket.
3. You will see a link to reprint the receipt.

Enrollment key does not work

My enrollment key does not work.

Your purchase confirmation number is not the enrollment key.

Hot Tip: On the "Enrolment options" page, you might have to scroll down to "Self enrolment (Student)" in order to type the enrollment key into the "Enrolment key" entry box.

Recommended Solutions:

1. The enrollment key must match exactly as it appears in the e-mail confirmation, including spaces between words. The enrollment key is not the word "exactly".
2. Capital letters must be capitalized, and lowercase letters must be in lowercase.

4. If it has been a very long time since you logged into a course, the enrollment key could have been changed.

Password is not accepted

The course site does not accept my password.

Likely Solution:

1. The Password must match exactly what was provided to your corporate contact.
2. The text format is usually all lower case letters.
3. If you set up your own Password, the Password must match exactly as you originally entered it.
4. If this does not solve the problem please call our office at 415 948 5220 to reset your Username and Password

Username is not accepted

The site does not accept or won't accept the Username I am trying to create.

Likely Cause: It is most likely that the username you want to use has already been selected.

Likely Solution:

1. Select a new Username, perhaps add a unique number after the name.
2. If our office setup your student account, then the Username must match exactly that which was provided to your corporate contact.
3. The text format is usually all lower case letters.
4. If this does not solve the problem please call our office at 415 948 5220 to reset your Username and Password.
