Situation 1:
You're at our classroom sign-in page to enter the course you've purchased, and can't get signed-in.
Likely Cause:
The most common reason is your computer or device doesn't have "cookies" enabled.
In order to use our online classroom software, cookies must be enabled in your browser (for example Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge). The most important cookie is the session cookie. You must allow this cookie in your browser to provide continuity as you move around and use the classroom software.
Solution:
How to turn on (enable) cookies in the Google Chrome browser
How to turn on (enable) cookies in the Microsoft Edge browser
Situation 2:
You've logged into the online classroom (with a username and password), and you are moving around the online classroom or inside of the course you purchased.
You click on a link, and it doesn't appear to work (a broken link).
Likely Cause:
Broken links are links that don't work. There can be several reasons for this.
One reason can be your company hasn't "approved" the link destination. This means you're blocked from following the link to it's destination.
Solution:
If this is the case, your company IT department needs to add the link destination as a safe/approved destination (also known as URL whitelisting).
